I been trying to take this off for a while but I can't manage to take it off. I've tried pulling it with some pliers, spinning the top of it but it won't budge.

What does the the wastegate connect to? It was connected in a three way between an intercooler pipe, throttle body and wastegate until I was replacing my feed line and I tugged it a little and just broke off.
