Quick question because I couldn't find any info. I did the egr delete and canister delete but what do I do with this extra hose with inline filter/check valve? (Not sure of which it is)
Finally got some decent weather so figured id get started putting everything back together. Tight fit but it's in. Quick question. Thermostat housing... gasket or rtv? Either or doesn't matter? I've seen both used but nothing really preferred over the other.

Ordered a few small things while trying to decide what turbo to go with. Got my fp manifold to turbo bolts, water pipe o-rings, and a thermostat housing gasket to replace since I had to remove to access water pipe o-rings. fp mani showed up today so my wish list is getting smaller!!!
I had this problem also. The blade connector (not sure if that's the right name) was broken and the prong on the sensor it connected to was gunked up. Cleaned and fixed blade connector and all is good

FML 😡🤬😡 taking exhaust manifold off to get to coolant pipe and busted 2/4 manifold to turbo bolts. Gotta extract those now(hopefully) amd replace water pipe o ring 😒

Also pretty sure I found my coolant leak and idk how tf it happened but a bolt backed out on front side of water pump by the alternator and ps pump. My guess is it wasn't torqued properly. Tightened ot up will see if it holds coolant after throttle body install

That's crazy, this battery was bought brand new a year or so ago. If all else fails I guess I'll have that tested at the autozone I bought it from and see what they say. But it does hold a charge if room lamp fuse was out.

After I took radio out and recharged battery it would die after a day or two of not driving it. I've resorted to Taking the room lamp and radio fuse out to keep battery from dying. This has been ongoing for upwards of a year lol. Gonna leave room lamp fuse In over night and see if it dies again...
Yes, red lead on ground cable, black lead on negative battery post, pulled all fuses this is the only fuse with amperage draw. Battery tests good at 12.73v
