Okay Windo-weld is the stuff you use in the motor mounts its about $10-$15 bucks at NAPA, good stuff prevents wheel hop, also if you want to make you'r car lighter you can remove the rubber matting under the carpet with a heat gun a putty knife and some time, just make sure to put your carpet...

The best advice I can give is to make sure you label all vacume lines, wires and hoses use some tape and a felt tip marker that way the swap would be pretty straight forward also make sure you do all the free up grades while the motor is out i/e balance shaft removel port out the intake mainfold...
