Honestly from reading all these posts I would think it's more that the flywheel is the culprit if it is slightly bent it would cause a lot of vibration I really don't think a Harmon would cause that much vibration

What I actually didn't on my 420a was run a longer bolt through it and a nut and washer in the other side but yes a helicoil will work just bring one of your bolts t a parts store and they can match you with a helicoil that will fit and you drill ad retap hole to what the helicoil package says

What he said I had the same problem with my gs but what I did was hook some chains to my motor and then to a chain come along hooked it to my rafters in my garage lifted the motor a bit bolted the transmission in place and just kinda wiggled the motor down in and slid them together
