Manual trans or auto?

Sounds like the timing is off. I recently had the same issue and it turned out to be timing.

I had the exact issue until I deleted my EGR valve.

This is my first dsm in 6 years and my first ever dsm that I'm ready to build something. I'm planning on rebuilding the motor in my 95 gst, so my questions are; is there a guide on how to rebuild the motor and what's recommended for a 400-450whp build? The motor is have now needs a total rebuild...
