If you still want a set of rods call Pauter (they use to make the rods for Magnus, not sure if they still do) and order direct. When I talked to them last they had 4 or so set sitting on the shelf.

I am guessing you are asking about the water lines since the oil lines are pretty hard to mess up. The line that comes from the water neck goes to the front of the turbo and the line that comes from the thermostat housing goes to the back of the turbo.

For anyone wanting 156mm rods in the future just call up Pauter, they were the company to first make them for Magnus and last time I talked to them they had 3 sets.

The main reason that a tubular mani will crack is because of the strees the turbo puts on it. If you are really worried just add some extra bracing to support the turbo. Places like Shearer offer a life time warrenty to the origanal buyer of their manis so there really isn't much to worry about...

What block are you using? I have a block out of a 91 Sonata and I didn't have to any holes to fill in.

If the person didn't knotch the engine mount bracket there would be no way that the water pump could bolt to the block.

No need for the rolley eyes just cause the DVDTfab and JMfab ones look ten times better.

As far as I know DVDTfab is only making certain parts (2G FMIC) because Albert is done school and has a full time job. JMfabrications now makes one that is pretty much identical to DVDT's though.

Unless the US is different than Canada you can not just import anything. For Canada if the vehicles is 15 years and newer it has to be on the RIV list to be allowed in the country. You usually drop the transfer case at the dyno. Why would it hurt the rear end there is no power getting back there.

I would guess that it would be for a 75mm Mustang throttle body as that is a very common upgrade.

It also depends on how much boost you are running. If you back it off so it is as loose as possible and run 20 Psi it might leak under WOT.
