Honestly I don't have great mechanic skills, but I know a shop did a compression check and the numbers weren't good.

Well the engine lost compression.2 cylinders had 0 compression.

I appreciate the response.I'm Going to see if I can find a 4g63 motor in my pick n pull and use that for now and then I'm going to get a build on a motor.I feel like that's my safest option at this point. At least to get the ball rolling.

So does JDM not have a warranty or anything. And did you build a motor or buy a reman?

That's my point, right now I need to get a motor in there and make it run. But eventually after I save a few grand, I want the car to be back to being street performance ready.

Why would not advise putting a junk motor to get it running? I figured li could rebuild one while I run the junk motor.
