    Car needs to be on a flat surface; on the manual 5 spd trans there is a bolt marked OIL on the front of the transmission case( faces the bumper) next you twist that off and fill it either with a bolt that sits on top of the trans or the breather hole which ever is easier, personally I fill it...

    Ive been seeing the rocket bunny kit for the frs and it looks great, the fender flares they have look good too, so do the 240s with the fender flares, have yet to see an eclipse with them, im sure ones from a 350 or something may work with some fabrication, ive seen a post of it on instagram

    As weird as it may sound, my clutch pedal was bent causing it to not push the fork enough and i had to bend it back to its original place and it works good as new now!

    Sounds like a break in the line and on boost it pulls on it or no clip on the sensor or the cluster is jacked

    I second the boost leak somewhere. If its a tdo6h housing you will be pushing a lot more air and thus the need to secure the vacuum leaks also readjusting your duty cycle if its a ebc or adjusting the screw settings if its a mbc

    I have recently come across a set of ross pistons that are std bore thinking id like to use them but may end up boring it out to .20 since those parts are coming up and getting cheaper than stdI agree i havent really thought of increasing the compression other than the occasional bigger turbo...

    Sorry i guess I should have mentioned that; I was not only boring out the block but also thinking of changing piston configurationEvery build I see now has a bored out spec; and with the mileage on these engines now it would seem that it would be the best to just bore it out.

    I have seen this and it ends badly; it will strip the rivets leaving you stranded. The more stress the sooner it will break

    I'd delete the balance shafts; saves you a trip to the dealer and you will gain free hp ! Make sure you do all of the must dos, rotate bearings cut shaft etc.

    Let's be real here ebay 20g's are ok for most of us on here trying to get it running, would I make it scream?? Heck no it wont last but budget is budget. I'm using one now and have rebuilt it 2 times but i dont beat on it everyday
