    Your turbo would need special mechanical seals in a draw through setup and there aren't many options out there. Blow through would be ok for a drag application but your driveability goes to hell. A good blow through carb from CSU or someone comparable will run you a grand. Just like everyone...

    If the turbo is that messed up, that tells me you had damage in your engine first, then the trash went through the bearings in the turbo. Tear down your engine, get it all cleaned up and rebuilt, rebuild the turbo, and take care of it all.

    I have a 98 auto as well and use ECUFlash. It's been a while but I think I (at least used to) get the same message, and just hit next and continued on. I saved the factory ROM, but also saved the ROM on Ceddy's website at that time. I will plug in tomorrow and get some pics.
