There's not much you can do about that rust IMHO. Salted Canada winter roads will continue to rust those areas. You can try to scrape them down and clean and paint those areas, but, I bet winter continues the rust. Oil leak? Fix it. =P lol The squeak? Alternator/power steering belt no doubt...
