Got it in yesterday and clutch works kinda, trans still grinds and occasionally pops out of gear, so I’m gonna run it as is until I can get a new transmission that’s “good”
Top two questions are answered above I think,I will try the 2g rod next, before pulling the transmission.I believe it’s the flywheel step, as pulling the carpet out gave me enough to barely barely get it into gear
Clutch is act 2600 flywheel is an act as well,Pulling up in the petal it appears the seems to have no effect on anything. Maybe 1/2” of play up and down that feels loose, hardly any different than my daily driver.Looking at the lever it appears to move as the petal moves, no noticeable slop
I have tried a longer slave rod, no difference. I made the awful rookie mistake of assuming that a new flywheel would’ve been made properly, going to remove and recheck soon

Okay, I blocked the egr off (no emissions anyways) did a blt and found ass tons of leaks, injector #1 was the worst, all around the throttle body at the boltls, a large copper colored flat head screw... What do I do for those lol

So I was trying to do a boost leak test, and I never got more than 2 psi. I could hear and feel it going out of the exhaust. I kept pressure up while turning the motor slowly by hand and never got anything. So bad valves? Or bad turbo? The car still builds and holds boost, just it doesn't have...
Bled the clutch, got pressure again but something in the Tranny goes too far and drags with the clutch pressed to the floor, I have to shift at 3/4 down
So, I had got an exhaust in a trade, complete turbo back, pretty nice in good shape, so I put it on, everything went smoothly until I tried to start my car. I went to press the clutch and it went straight to the floor no feeling what so ever. Nothing had touched the slave cylinder or lines. So...
I bought the eBay one, it worked fine for... Half a week at best, couplers blowing off, had to cut every pipe. Bought the vrsf kit and it bolted mostly right up, had to trim one pipe, but it over all is much nicer, I do need another kit now as I own a second 2g "wink wink"

i dont know if they keys are interchangeable, but i have almost he same set on my drag mustang, and i have been at almost 200 mph many times with no issues to date
