During this week i have gotten some new additions for the car, 2gb bumper that will be painted, new headligts and mudflaps. I will begin working on the 2gb front conversion during this coming weekend.

I have ordered parts to make an front conversion to 2Gb, found a used 2gb bumper in sweden and ordered a set of frontlights from Rockauto. Also someother minor changes on their way or already on the car, i will try to get out and snap some new pics soon.

Yes! Finally have found a garage to rent, so from 1 september my car has an indoor place to live. Only like 10 min drive from home. This means that i can build things in my own pace and not have to worry about sh*t happening to it.

There are a few Eclipses here that stands out in the crowd, yours is deffinatelly one of them! Its just so extemely clean, and well built, this is how they should have been built in the first place!

New spark plug cover

My airbox had a crack so yesterday i changed intake to an open air AEM-filter. I have some aluminium tubing that i might ad later on to improve flow.

Tk106 yes that is very strange, i dont know why Mitsu Sweden did that choice but it would be interesting to know what they based it on. Tried some lightpainting yesterday, need to practice more, and thats very hard as it hardly gets dark in the nights here this time of year.

New turn indicators in place, and all belts have been changed, also new oil and filter. Next is an alignment and balancing the wheels i think. I have ordered an new intake and an AEM dry filter, adn some other small bits for the engine, now its just the waiting game. Thought i would try some...

Appointment made with my mechanic to change belts and oil on Wednesday next week. I have orderes an new intake and an AEM dry filter from US, it will take about 4 weeks because the filter was a speciall order. Untill then here is what an N/A EDM 4g63 looks like.

I have an original interior, but my front seats are very worn, so im thinking of getting a pair of racing seats for the car. Now i guess that a lot of people already have that in ther cars, please share your pics and knowledge. What fits and if you know wich seats doesnt fit/work please share...

So the car has goten a new bearing and cv-joint, besides that only small detail fxes, resprayed the wiper arms, cleaned out the interior and fixed some paint damages due to small pieces of rock hitting while driving (doesnt know the correct english word for it). I thought i would share some...

No doesent have to be OEM, waiting for a supplyer to get back to me about when they can get it delivered. Problem is to get parts to sweden and not having to wait weeks or months for it.

So besides the wheelbearing the universal joint needed to be changed. This means another couple of days waiting for parts. If im lucky i can get it together before or in this weekend.

Fixed 2 small issues yesterday, can you spot the difference? Before:And after:Today the front wheel bearing is getting changed, then i hope i can use the car a bit without problems. And im waiting for new turnsignals, some previous owner put on one orange and one white, and i cant live with...

Only small progress today, but during the weekend i have ordered a lot of small bits and pieces s once they start coming in the car will start looking better and better. Went out for a drive with my camera and snapped some pics of the ride at least.

Yes, today was 30 degres celsius, and the eclipse is like a greenhouse, so i was very happy!This is the 4g63 N/A, with some tlc i think the engine room can look a bit better!

Thank you th106! I bought the car today and drove it 3 hours home, everything works fine, even the ac. There are some small things i am going to fix, but afterall the car is 23 years old and taking that in consideration its in very good condition!

Yes in the southern part of Sweden where i live they use salt on the roads at winter, so whatever Eclipse i will buy wont be used when winter tire season in on (we are also required by law to have winter tires from 1 nov-31 march). For winter and as a daily i have an brand new Suzuki Vitara...
