What is the most power made so far on a Mitsubishi or fel-pro composite head gasket without having the head or block o-ringed? I’m very curious who has the highest recorded horsepower and I haven’t found a lot of good info.
Selling my AMS 850r turbo kit. It is a precision 6262 turbo, jh racing t3 manifold, tial 44mm wastegate, feed and return lines, and a bumper exit exhaust for a 2g dsm, no shaft play and is currently on the car. Switching to a 6466 so no longer need. Feel free to contact me at (360)722-9017
I know it’s an old post but I’ve always ran the composite gaskets and l19’s without an o ringed block or head. My current car is making 638@31lbs and going back to English to try to see how much it can handle shooting for low 800 mark, but you know what they say aim for the moon. Also do as I...
Yeah I’ll be running carbonetics quarter window fillers but would love a set of those side windows with the slider on them. What did those set you back if you don’t mind me asking?
UnfortunatelyMy dog might need an expensive surgery and I might have to part out my 1995 Talon TSI. Car makes almost 600hp on pump gas with a little meth. All parts have low miles. All lowballs will be ignored. Parts are all still on car can hear it run and drive.

Selling my Team Ripp Engineering Stage 2.5 Transmission. Shifts great no issues. Going to do an auto swap and will no longer be needing my transmission. A must if you plan on making some real power. Do not forget 2g transmissions can fit in a 1g fairly easy just not the other way around.
$1500...
Selling my ball bearing 6262 that has a .63 T3 housing with a 2.5” v band. Selling to buy a 6766. So if you have a journal bearing 6766 that you’d be interested in trading. Turbo is currently on car since I do drive my dsm. Selling for best non lowball offer. Any questions feel free to reach out...
Brian Crower 280 cams. Bought them off the forums last year and have been installed in my vehicle for a few months. Switching to some more aggressive Kelfords. Photos are from when I purchased from the forum. The previous member said they sat in storage after they pulled from his race car. Could...
Looking for an ecu for my 95 Talon Tsi AWD Turbo, ended up toasting my original one and need one to send to ecmlink for inspection. I already have the ecmlink set up so just need the ecu. Thanks,

Selling two different fpred turbos, one that has a day of dyno time and a few hundred miles. The wastegate flap is welded by forced performance to run with and external wastegate. It will come with the dsm o2 housing and a dsm manifold with a stainless head shield that has a 38mm wastegate...
Oh right lol. I’ll probably just drive the 4 hours to English to have then tune the car. I was just curious if anyone had any experience with TMS out of Kent Washington.
My names Matt and I live in Washington state, I’m fortunate enough to have some of the best tuning facilities (English Racing, Holland Performance, Speedfactory and etc) but they are all soo far away from me. Has anyone had their cars tuned by TMS out of Kent Washington, they claim to be...
Love the build. How many miles on the jacks transmission so far? Would you say it was worth the money? I'm debating on having one built instead of stocking up on more jdm ones
More of a reference for him, I like the setup your running. Checked the profile earlier. I'd go with the 264's if i were him as well. Off topic 1990tsiawdtalon. Hows the midrange power with parts combo?
The Low Lift 272's, 272/278 or the 276/272's? The low lifts are a flat 10mm-I and 10mm-E. The 272/278 are 11mm-I and 11mm-E. The 276/272's are 12.50mm-I and 12mm-E. All three are excellent cams, low lifts are nice If your to lazy to swap out the stock valve springs. Either was Kelford Cams :thumb:
You'll be able to hit your goal with the Keford 264's, kelford 264s have more duration at .05" hks 272 and Comp 101200's and plenty of people have made over 500whp with both of those cam profiles.
Here's a few links do dyno's he's talking about http://www.evolutionm.net/forums/evo-engine-turbo-drivetrain/343818-ams-evo-cam-test.html , http://dsportmag.com/the-tech/showcase/camshafts-mitsubishi-4g63-evo/final-results/
I'm running a Ross/Eagle setup and Comp 101200's (Fp2) and I'm happy with the powerband. Quite a bit of midrange, the stock Intake manifold has alot to do with that as well. It's nice not having to drop a gear to to get the rpms up to make power. My old Laser had a JMF Race manifold and GSC S2's...
I thought ETS made one for an evoX but it's a completely different. 9" long cone filter is only $49.95 on extremepsi. As far as I know there's not a 3.5" adapter for the 2g maf
I'd check the CAS or the ignition transistor. Pull apart the cas and see if there's moisture in it. Also check the plug going to the transistor as well. The wiring gets old and brittle over time due to all the heat they are exposed to, and being over 20 years old. I had a wire break at the plug...
MJCanadas right. There's a ton of variables that can affect the sound. turbine a/r, o2 housing, condition of exhaust (dents). Plus everything sounds different in person then on camera. That 2g's tiny stock t25 turbine housing dumping into a 3inch downpipe will create a rumble like that.
boOst and Jaklandry bring up some spot on points. Last thing you want to worry about is trying to hit nitrous to spool a massive turbo while trying to brake and steer at the same time. Personally I'd go with the Fp68hta, it is a fast spooling monster of a turbo. I'd put a lot of the focus into...
