mines definitely not a fuel leak. i am not leaking fuel anywhere. i think its my pump as when i turn the ignition on i do not hear anything. and its a walbro 255

i took out my cruise control and installed a non cruise throttle cable, i left the wires in the harness though. could that cause this issue?

not a chance because i didnt unplug it when i tore apart the head. i just removed the bracket from the head with the sensor still attached to it. when i replaced it i plugged in same spot. i posted a short log in my first post of me trying to crank a couple times. my battery is pretty much dead...

well my pump is working, as i do have fuel going to the rail as i crank it over. and i just replaced the crank sensor and no luck still.

after replacing bent valves and reassembling the engine, i now have a cranking no start. i have spark, good compression, timing good, 0 fuel pressure on my AFPR gauge. i have fuel to the rail but my injectors are not spraying. they do have proper continuity. i replaced the crank sensor, and...

and as you can see in the pic my fuel dont look too dirty, if it was a bad fuel filter wouldnt it be alot dirtier looking? also where is the fuel filter located, because i do have a new spare i could swap out just in case.

your cam sensor goes from 12v to 0v?

are the injectors not spraying a result of no fuel pressure? or is the no fuel pressure a result of injectors not spraying?

just checked again, undid passenger side line from rail and cranked 5 times and this pic is the result. i hooked that back up and undid fuel rail, leaving injectors and clips plugged in. cranked and not a single drop of fuel came out. continuity at the plugs reads 2.3-2.4 ohms as spec. someone...

well i didnt unplug the crank sensor, and it does not start even with a jump. i have a brand new battery in it too. and i know the pump is kicking on because there is fuel at the rail.

no i didnt, i wish i did. i am still new to alot of this stuff and learning as i go, so i dont catch everything at once. yeah at this point i am not trusting anything the guy told me, or any of his work.

yeah i knew about the 3:1 ration, but i thought it was odd that the gear is very tight...too tight to rotate by hand. after seeing tons of videos and seeing people spin it with barely any effort at all is why i was concerned, hopefully its not too much work. ive already dumped about a grand into...

Ok np man, yes I used a machinist straight edge and it was in tolerance. Also I used the carb cleaner and had absolutely no noticeable leaks, also blew compressed air through with the carb cleaner pooled up, and showed no bubbling.

I lapped the valves to the seats if thats what you mean, and i straight edged the surface. nothing more than that.

i did the valve job myself, yes i am using felpro gasket, yes i used a straight edge to measure for any warped spots or anything like that, and yes all the mods, turbo, and tuning were done when i got the car. im sure they were all half ass and done wrong but around me it is literally impossible...
