I agree, get your AFR lined up FIRST, then add timing back a degree at a time SECOND. Looking at ~35-36 lb/min airflow at the top of 3rd, I think you're missing about 100hp.

Did you kill the battery ? Maybe you blew the 80amp alt fusible link in the engine bay when you swapped out alts

did you throw out the stock fans ? you can clip the ends off those and re-use them, that's what I did.and if you deleted everything AC related, including that fuse/relay box near the brake booster, i don't know if the driver's fan would work in stock form. Might be easier just to wire both...
