Not too sure about this one.How many times has the flywheel been resurfaced? Are you using a stainless steel clutch line or OEM?

I don't know - I suspect that it had to do with the SBC clutch and its geometry. A potential difference in our experience is that my flywheel was brand new ( specs unverified, apparently ACT flywheel are known to be out of spec even new ) and when I had it stepped and resurfaced it was its first...

I think that's '..within spec...' RE the shift fork position in the window. However, as I remember I also had a shim added which ended up being taken out. Mine was also in the '..correct..' position in the window. I pretty much have the same set-up on mine minus the shimmed fulcrum.Started...

I chased issues on mine for a while, in the end I think it was the flywheel step height and free-play in my pedal assembly. The pedal assembly is easy to check. I would not try any extended master cylinder rods, slave cylinder shims/ext rods etc. I went down this path and destroyed a new SBC...

There's a sealing o-ring on the fuel pump hanger that when re-installed incorrectly may cause the fuel system to lose pressure. I have the same issue on my 1G but I haven't pulled the pump to confirm. I'll see if I can find the thread that references it.Found it...
