Before you go out buying a new pump and possibly not needing it. listen to hear if it primes or not. Your cam position sensor is going to be on the left side of the head. When you gave it gas did it sputter like you was out of gas? Check if your cylinders are getting fuel.

Where did you check your throttle cable? check the position that's bolted on your fuel rail (idk 420a motors where they are bolted at) make sure the position is correct.

Well you are replacing your cams so it makes sense to paint them while you have them out but to answer your question yes.

I would just get dsmlink if you already have an eprom ecu. 95-96 eprom 97-99 black box/flashable ecu.some 1 can correct me if im wrong but I think some 97 are gold box none eprom.

The inner tie rod you need a tool which you can rent at your local auto parts store. How bad is the motor mount? The manual should have your engine type.

You would also need to get the block machined if the rods hit. Make sure you buy STROKER pistons.

Its not just the condition of the block and head it also depends on what you want to do with them that will change the price. Cant put a price on machine work because all shops (imo) are different, don't pick the wrong one because they might not do the best of job. Cant help you with machine...

I don't know the right word for it but the difference is 3 bolt only has 3 bolt holes connected to the differential/axle and 4 bolts is 4 bolts connected to do differential/axle. its basically like 240sx talk when they sell axles and diffs.

You will need bigger turbo, ecmlink, fuel supply, ect.. Also you need to worry about your setup A/C with a FMIC and the Radiator (air flow).

My opinion for the cylinder head: Kiggly hla, 272 cams or up, 1mm valves, (your choice in brand) springs & retainers. You could leave the head stock also depending on what response you want from the car and budget.

Showing a picture will not help us determine what your current setup is but a list of what you have done or what the previous owner did would. Here is a small list of cheap mods:14b or 16g, evo injectors, walbro 255, fpr, wideband, SAFC, FMIC with piping.

If you read what other people said, "He's got 450cc stock manual injectors in this thing with a wally 255, which the pump is way too powerful with those small injectors". running the car would be alright but not for long (depending on how far the drive), would recommend going back to stock fuel...

Not sure if your setup is going to be street or for track but maybe you should have considered the act 2100.

For the kit I wouldn't get find a real 16g turbo, you can stick with the stock manifold if you want. You would also need to look into getting upgrades to your fuel management, piggy tune, if you want to hit 300hp with stock motor.
