Road race engineering used to have all the lengths for 1g and 2g's on their site it was labelled the larson hose kit. Sorry I can't provide a link my phone is being a pain.Good luck
Most of the vendors here have silicon couplers and clamps. You just need to know what size your intercooler piping is to make sure you order the right size parts.Link to coupler section at extremepsi

A friend of mine gave me this turbo a little while back and I am finally getting around to figuring out what exactly it is and if its worth while to mess with. I did a little research and found that it apparently came off of an international of some sort, I can not figure out much more than...
Hey Justin, I just wanted to ask you here if my research lead me to the correct answer or not. I have a 20g that I got from you a while back and was looking at doing my water lines and after searching around I could not get a super straight answer on the water fitting size, but I believe at this...
Sorry to not be a ton of help but try combing through this thread http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/what-turbo-is-this-merged-turbo-id-identification.57878/It is full of this general question and you might find your answer there, this will probably end up tossed in there anyways.
Good luck
The Euro Export valve spring compressor is probably the best one for our heads. It makes tearing down the head a dream.link: http://www.euroexportinc.com/mitsubishi-4g63-valve-spring-compressorGood Luck
Well I am super excited, thanks to Gamble I got quite a good deal and I have a 200sx on its way. I need to go pick up some practice materials and safety equipment, if anyone has some suggestions on what is good to start with please let me know. I really need some pointers on gloves and what...
Gamble thanks for the tip. I am just curious as to what you guys recommend to start with as far as consumables... I know that I am going to want a gas lens and I love those pyrex cups but I don't think they are going to be in my possession any time soon, unless the right deal came along. Oh 1...
So I have read through all 93 pages and have really gotten the urge to learn how to weld. Problem is I am not sure where to start, my mind instantly shot to TIG as it is super versatile and would probably allow me to do any project that I would want to tackle down the line. That said my wallet...
Just curious but have you tried stopping by a local exhaust shop to see if they have anything that can help you out. That is where I would start, most times they are super helpful with stuff like this.Good luck
I don't know about using the air tank to do a boost leak test, I can imagine that it would work as long as you are careful and regulate it. That said do you have access to a bicycle tire pump because they for sure work. Hopefully someone will weigh in with first hand on the tank if you don't...

http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/painting-my-valve-cover-tips.107469/Those will give you the basic rundown of how to clean and paint your valve cover. I have painted a few following roughly those steps and just...
Check out the list on wiki for what vehicles had 4g63s, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsubishi_Sirius_engine
The main drop in point is going to come from it being a 6 bolt or 7 bolt (number of bolts that attach the flywheel/flexplate.) If i were you I would play it safe and just spend a few...
Have you looked into the 400 series, they appear to be longer. https://www.getnrg.com/products/exterior-products/lug-nuts/400-series/extended-lug-nutsYou could also give them a call to verify lengths and what they have available @ 626-369-2669Good luck
Since you have a turbo 420a you should still refer to Chapter 2 part A for basic engine repair and specs. That being said if you have changed out parts they may have slightly different specs, but the Haynes manual will help a lot. I also wholeheartedly believe that the tech section is a godsend...
I almost want to say keep it how it is due to the fact your car looks clean with the current setup. That being said if it was up to me, I would go with the 522's because they are most definitely a slick rim.
Hey Reid,I see you need some info so i snagged these for you, hope they can help you out to get your car back up and running for that million mile goal.Let me know how it goes,
Sam
Wow, came out super clean. And on a side note I feel as if I have learned something by reading through this, as it is obvious that you didn't just throw money at it in the hopes of making it sound better. Once again great job.
Check the vin on the vehicle the 10th digit to be precise. If it is a 2002 it should read 2 as the 10th digit and so on the only differences for years in the 2000 range are Y for 2000.Hope that helps a little if needed there is a vin year chart on wiki Vehicle Identification Number -...
Looks good, definately flows a little better with the rounded edges IMO, keep up the good work. Just curious though how bright are these? And King that 3d CF vinyl looks crazy.
They are still in business sadly.
I totally agree with Landspeed, and wish that i had done my homework before i had dealt with them a few months back. Save yourself time and a headache and checkout extremepsi (just my opinion) as they are pretty fair, will price match, are super helpful with...
Well, I got new tires on it today the shop swapped them for free and redid the alignment and we all couldnt really see what caused it. (Camber L: -0.8 R: -1.8, Caster L: 4.0 R: 4.3, Toe: -.01 both sides but it was +.06 before.)And just so you know it was the white ring of cord that tipped...
That is exactly what tire they are and im pretty sure that when i go to put new tires all around im going with something better. These fit the budget at the time and seemed descent... You live, you learn.
Yeah they gave me the paper i just have to dig through all my paperwork and find it, thats great advice. I dont really feel like putting miles on the car the way it is, it just worries me, I dont want to be that guy. Also you think I need the camber kit for the rear even though that seems...
See thats the strange thing is it drove straight as an arrow and really smooth, nothing to tip off that anything was going awry. That being said it weirds me out because it literally seems like the tread was peeling off piece by piece or just shearing off. Still im checking everything out to...
Thank you guys for the quick responses. Bud do you have any suggestions on camber kits because it seems to add up and make sense, I might as well do it to prevent any future issues and ill make sure that the guy doing my alignment does his job right.Thank you all again
The car has a 1.5" Eibach Pro Kit drop on it and no it doesnt have a camber kit. I ordered the tires brand new same with the ones on the rear. They put the tires on and did an alignment all at once said i had very little negative camber. Last night at work one of my buddies said something about...
Alright guys,
I walked outside to hop in the car this morning and found that both of my front tires have been worn down really far. :ohdamn: The real kicker is that here are less than 1,200 miles on them and when I had them put on they did an alignment so i know they were rolling straight. I...
Drifterz73,The drain holes/lines are directly aft of the hatch lift strut mounts on the car (about midway up the channel). I double checked on both a 2ga and 2gb they look like little indentations with a hole in the center.Good luckI just re-read your post and realized that you had found...
I completely agree with the Eibach Pros, I have mine on KYB AGX's. When i got the car it had some horrid 2"+ drop on it and it was nearly impossible to comfortably drive anywhere, now its great.
Hey Alpha,I hope this helps, i can not vouch for the site as i have never used them before but they turned up as a result every time i had searched for the veilside accessories you had stated. Also i am unsure if they are even the exact models you were looking for.Good luck
TOP END...
Hello all,
About this time last year i became the proud owner of a '97 Talon TSi AWD. I rescued it from a friend of mine who just had no time or initiative to fix it. She had been sitting in his yard for 2 years and was sitting in a lot behind the local car dealer for 5 or 6 years before that...
