no idea what you mean by lug flange.....the lugs are seated in the wheel bearing/hub assembly. its all one piece, so you would need to unbolt the hub.

Best thing you can do is get some sticky rubber, maybe some wider rims too.Strut tower braces will reduce some flex as well, they make front and rear versions, add those with some beefy sway bars, and some new bushings, and you are good to go!

You need fuel spark and air to run.doesnt sound like you messed with the air, i would look into the spark. Recheck your grounds, make sure you didnt pull any copper out of a connector. There are a few cables that join up at the positive battery terminal, which power your different systems, so...
