when people shave their antennas, how do they get reception? could i use the whole body of the car as an antenna? id like to get an s2k antenna, but id rather shave it if i can.
ive had this problem for a while, but i never thought much of it because i have always had good oil pressure and never ran low on oil. but does anyone know how its getting in there?
Tsar, I'm Balla from FLSCC.Ful-whatever - Daytona sucks, and I have a job opportunity up here that could be making me 6 figures before I'm done with school.
They would have had to remove the sunroof to put that scoop thing on. I don't really think anything bodywise on this car can be used to determine what trim it is considering all of the work done.I never noticed the door handles. I bet they had a nice painted one on there and it broke. They...
Nope. I've gotten into that argument before, and thanks to DVD's awesome ability to freeze frame without getting blurry, I won.I also heard somewhere that the sound effects for the Eclipse actually came from a supercharged Si.
It does when you live in an apartment :mad:After I finish moving I'm picking up a 46" Samsung DLP, Denon receiver, and probably the Bose Acoustimass speakers. The speakers are kinda old, but they sound incredible and they're small, which I need.
I clicked this link with expectations to get my flame comments about the 4 new exhaust tips sticking out of the back of your car in before one of the mods locked it, but I was very mistaken....
I could shoot 14 BPS out of my Freeflow Cocker. If you can't keep up with the game, get back in the woods. And not all electronic guns shoot on the release too, that's a setting. Full auto isn't allowed on rec fields because they don't want people getting all shot up from some knoob that just...
Right, because 20-somethings go to high school :rolleyes:Girls start grubbing money at age 24-25 since they are getting out of school and starting on their careers. They are starting to get a look at the real world and realizing that they need to be financially stable. They could care less...
You guys are missin out man. If/when a girl shows any bit of interest in my car, I mention street racing and the deal is sealed. Girls (20ish age anyway) like to have that novelty effect in a guy (be he an outlaw biker, street racer, SWAT team member, etc.), and I can fake the street racer one...
I like everything escept for the ricer taillights :DVery cool, I know Per from Grassroots and they really appreciate the cool budget cars like these, IK think you'll do well.
Someone who owns a dyno told you this? ROFLI wouldn't have done a second pass after watching those tires. Anyone who stood within 15 feet of those tires during a pull should consider themselves lucky right now. Blowouts on dynos aren't a fun thing, I'm glad I haven't expierienced one yet.
Wrong. There is a much greater load on tires since the car is strapped down and the tire runs on the apex of a drum instead of a flat surface(road.) As long as the tires are speed rated for however fast you are going to be moving on the dyno and they are in good shape, you'll be fine. Wrinkle...
I have an air freshener(man, now that I think about it it's been there for a year and probably doesn't smell good anymore, might wanna get that down some time soon) and a Trojan dog tag thing that I don't know where it came from. They don't get in my way, but I'm only 5'7".
1. I'm assuming that you want a full auto gun because you will be playing in the woods around your house, because regulation fields don't allow it.
2. Full auto guns are a waste of money, I can out shoot most of them with an autococker. You won't need anything faster than 12 BPS for what you...
I would blur my plates if I had a new car, like an EVO or STi, and had it modded. I wouldn't put it past dealerships to check forums, and I wouldn't want my warranty denied because they found a lits of mods on a website.
No, I just have enough track expierience to know how to drive my car without cooking the brakes. I also know that my stock sized powerslot rotors and hawk pads are more brake than my street tires can stop, so it doesn't really matter.
You've got a heavy appetite, you'll blow yourself to pieces!***Drinks drink, half way through pants unbotton themselves and fall down***Was that fun? You're lucky you didn't blow the welds on your urinary tract!
If he isn't running a tire that can effectively stop a big brake kit, there's no reason to buy one. As I stated above, his current brakes are plenty enough to stop the car(with a street tire). Just throw some decent pads on there, and maybe some slotted rotors if he wants, and call it a day...
So thats why they say to leave the crash bumper in there. Someone could make a killing making tubular crash bumpers that fit in front of FMICs.Sucks about the car though, Hope your insurance gives you some decent coin for it.
That or he is putting them on a stolen car. Why he would go through the trouble for an Eclipse, I don't know, but either way sell him the shell and tell him to get the VINs off himself.
So instead of being a simple in-and-out customer and telling the guy what car you had, you were a pain in the ass and gave the guy a very uncommon engine code and expected him to know what car it belongs in? And you got mad at him for it?:notgood: :toobad:
Bigger brakes aren't going to do anything more than the ones that are on there already with street tires. I would bet my car that you're current brakes actually out perform your current tires, so why would you want to go bigger when you can put that money towards something thats actually useful?
Doesn't work that way. Its either small inventory, low prices, or high inventory with alot of overhead to cover. If he buys a ton of parts that don't sell and doesn't charge more for the ones that do, he loses alot of money and eventually the business will fail.
The drafting missions are the easiest things ever. All you do is draft your way up to the second place car, and "trade off" positions till you catch the lead car. What I mean is get some good speed built up in his slipstream, pass him, keep him in your slip, let him do the same(they're dumb and...
Welcome every car that rolls in the parking lot. If you can't get parts for them, you can't get parts for them, it's that simple. Nopi is a worthwhile distributor because they actually carry crap for 1984 Ford Festivas. You have the wrong idea with the dyno. It causes some impulse buying...
You're getting in way over your head. Parts sales don't make shit for money, and it's costly to keep an inventory of useless parts that won't sell. Stock alot of universal parts(BOV's, S-AFC's, boost controllers, etc.) to sell, and have a few high-dollar parts to make the showroom look nice...
