What are they asking $100 for?

I posted here because i figured the best place to find information on a clutch. OP wants info on clutch setups in 2014 and I am highly interested in this because i need to purchase a clutch by friday morning.Thanks to everyone who is posting productive posts :)

have you checked to see if the cover is warped at all? and how tight are the bolts?

The only problem with that would be that the only bearing spun at the same time as 1st 2nd or neutral would be the input shaft bearing. But that would cause noise throughout operation of the tranny, not just 1 2 and N.

I guess its possible that you have a warped cover, never heard of it happening before though. Are you sure that there aren't any cracks anywhere?

I have a similar issue with the transmission, but i believe that its caused by the wrong selector pawl on the shift rail, it pulls into second fine, and if I let out on the clutch super slowly i can get maybe a 2mph roll out of it, but itll pop out each time.

An auto will not rattle unless it is something bolted onto the transmission. And he already said it was a 5 speed. Can you describe the noise any better? How does it feel going into first and second? Depending on how bad it was flooded, there should be a line that is about even on the car from where the water stopped. Unless the person knew to hide it, you should find some evidence.

Yes I still have the stock side mount, and I dont have a pipe to attach the BOV to. I had bought one from a friend when I blew up my first side mount, but the bolt pattern is more narrow than the 1g BOV.

I have no base or comparison to a stock vehicle, and so I have no idea what this is compared to stock. and i will try and look. is it something i can see from the oil cap or is the valve cover coming off for that?? and what material is the cover made of, does anyone know?

I just installed a really tricky push button in mine ^.^ I wired my cigarette liter in as the key, with a toggle on my lower dash. Had to drill out my ignition cylinder because I lost my key, so I figured might as well make it special ^.^

before you adjust it, rotate the throttle by hand, if its sticky or completely stuck, then its that stop screw

check the throttle body to see if your stop screw fell out. i just fixxed mine no more than 3 days ago. i had the same exact problem and when i was messing with my tps i noticed i had no stop screw in. needless to say since i put one my throttle has been smooth to open and close.

its only when you let all the way off the throttle and then get on it again?
