I just installed an aem FPR and it will only hit 20psi(steady) and I tried adjusting the fpr and nothing, only 20psi. Could this be a pump problem or is it the fpr? Stock fuel pump right now, have a walbro 255 but I want to see if the FPR is working.

I have all the bolts out, and it wont even budge, I tried getting a razor blade up in there and some other little sharp blades but it just wont even move. I'm not reusing it so is there something i can put on it to get it loose?Also tried putting a big screwdriver in the oil return line hole...
