Check your linkage, remove your center in your car see if everything is hooked up properly and everything. Have a friend get in the front and wiggle the shifter and put it in gear with the car off and see what happens up front.

definitely could be your ecu. take it out and see if anything is fried. also like you said it could be your IAC valve. Not really sure where they are on n/t dsm's but check over everything. make sure your intake is on tight and all hoses/clamps are on tight. Hope that helps a little!
