Runner 2 going to try to oval a long radius 90 to go under runners 3&4.

I may need to move the turbo away from the fire wall. Where it sits in picture the downpipe is going to have a very hard 90.If I pull it away from firewall I will have to have the turbo stick out the front bumper. Not sure what I want to do yet.

I recently picked up a mishimoto radiator and fans for my 2g DSM. I went ahead and made a shroud out of aluminum. It is very rough, but would like to hear what you guys have to say. Im curious to see if the way i have it made will help or actually hurt my cooling system. thanks for any input

yeah jumping into a dsm that modified can be a challenge. Especially if you didnt install or dont know much about what he all did. I think the car is worth it. Just like you said TIKI, if it had a good clutch its a 8k car.

If your new to DSM's you minght be getting in over your head. That looks like a very clean DSM, i would say its worth what he is asking.

400-450hp on pump gas, 550's and a 16g to me sounds like a big task. I dont know if a 16g can get you into the 400-450 i know you can go deep into the 300's but i would maybe look into a different turbo if your goal is around the 450whp. But defiantly larger injectors and a good way to tune!!

i bet its your inverted CAS. Switch to a 1g style and you will be golden!

check your base timing, if you have a 95 and have a inverted CAS this could be the problem, if you have a 1g CAS then adjust it to make sure its at 5* BTDC. Improper adjustments will cause high rpm break up. I went through this problem with my inverted CAS and had to switch to a 1g CAS that i...
