What are some ways you can make sure that a head is a 95-96 head or if it's a 97-99 head if your not sure about what year the head is.

Is there any difference between the 95-96 head and the 97-99 head other than the CAS position? Is everything else plug and play? Jw because I got a 95-96 head and plan on putting it on a 99 7 bolt block.
