I believe a good sign if it is worn/bad valve seals(valve guilds) leaking is when the motor smokes/burns oil at start up because of the oil seeping through the valve seals into the cylinders over time from sitting.Blue smoke is oil, white is water/coolant, and black is fuel.

Found it. Thanks a lot to @90_AWD_ThunderIt connects to my crank sensor on the main harness. For some reason I ignored the main harness crank sensor connector, lol.

I have a 98 Talon awd with a full 6bolt swap and 1gen black top CAS.I don't know where this connector connects to. The pigtail/wire for this connector is connected to the CAS and is a red,yellow,and black wire. See picture below.

Update: Talon is still having the issue above after about 2000miles or so.I took head apart again and found oil in intake manifold runners and the intake side of the head. I do believe it's a pcv issue or excessive blow-by. I will be installing a catch can & a newer rebuild head on soon and...

After driving for about 1000miles or so I found oil in my intake manifold and intake side of the head. I believe that is where I'm burning oil from. Probably bad pcv or excessive blow by.

Really late update. After about 3000 miles with the fresh motor the Talon slowly stop smoking. I thinking the car still smokes because of left over gunk in the exhaust system, condensation on start up, and probably just needed to "break in" the motor more. Now it seems fine. Thanks for all help.
