    I took the car out and drove it around for about 30 minutes and everything still seems good.....and fast:D I'm going to take my laptop out later to log and make sure my fuel trims are back down (they were stuck at 12.5%). I guess maybe I had both a boost leak and my wastegate was stuck shut.

    I believe the power transistor pack is to the left of the coil pack (towards the throttle body), on the same mount as the coil pack. As for the clutch switch disable thing, I do the same thing, but there are a lot of people who say it does not help.

    5000miles?! Why would you need to break in a motor that long? The highest I've ever heard is 1000 mi...I'm going with a 20 minute break in for my motor, everything I've read on the other dsm board supports it, as do a couple other people I've asked.
