Yes. Connect to Ecu, start a stream, open the Ecu config live tables go towards the bottom and click the tab on the left side of the page that says misc. it's at the top to the left I think the second option. It says diagnostics above it I think.Hope this helped. Gl
Sometimes seafoam will throw off o2's if you did this recently. Also your egr is under the throttle body looking from the passenger side, it's down towrds the bottom of the intake mani and close to the firewall.Have you checked for vaccum and boost leaks?
Google dsmlink basic tuning guide and following it to the letter, if you don't know how to get the values asked for go to dsmwiki and it will tell you.Also esmlink has about 7 demo videos on their website that are very helpful.Good luck!

Everything is grounded, The cables have been switched and I have new injectors.The misfire has went from cylinder three to just a random misfire now code 0300. I did swap out too other coils from running cars and they were at the same specs as mine.. Could this be a tune issue?

The ignition transistor check out as well as the resistor box I have also swaped out injectors with no change.also I have swaped out coils twice. They had the same primary ohm spec around 1.1....could all three coil packs have been bad or do I have a different issue

Same thing happened to me when I bought my car. Install new plugs and wires check coil pack OHM'S and do a boost leak test. Chances are you needed the plugs and wires anyways and you'll find a boost leak causing the car to fall on its face! When there is a boost leak the MAS reads incoming air...
Compression test looks good, how many miles and mods? What concerns do you have to have done the compression test? If you like me and just want to go through things, then I'd say move on an don't worry about compression...do a mild tune up check the timing belt do a BLt and enjoy!

The smell of fuel would lead me to the injector or FPR seals and not the TB. How many psi did you do the test on? Also did you find any leaks? Continue doing the BLT and spend some time finding where the leak is...time and attention are your friend at this point. Also you could be smelling gas...

Remove the MBC and make sure the waste gate has its own boost source. After doing so if nothing changes make sure nothing is teed off the bov line and check for lose hoses etc. do a boost leak test at 5+ psi then you are currently running fix the issues and enjoy. Still have plugs after that...
