I am changing my transmission fluid and I have no clue where the drain bolt or the fill bolt is.

I looked at my transmission today and I still don't know where the fill it or drain the fluid. I didn't want to start pulling bolts out. Here is a pic of my trans.

I am going to change out my struts and put on lowering springs and new struts. Do I need a spring compressor if I'm only taking the whole assembly out that's still attached to the strut?

I took my center console out today and I started looking at everything and I really couldn't find anything wrong which I know something is. So, you think its my bushings?

The problem i'm having is that when I go from a gear in neutral and I shake the shift knob it hits something and it sometimes acts like its stuck then it moves around. It does this all the time. If anybody could help me with this problem that would be awesome.
