In this particular instance it dosent matter either way as long as the pressure is in spec. But if he really wanted to have the peace of mind he could just get the line to the ofh and the stock sized restrictor.
However if it was me I would chunk the t25 and get a 14b or 16g :D
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DSM GRAVEYARD. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON THEM.Also I've never heard of forged rods stretching under daily usage.
And you can achieve 400hp on a stock block safely. Please do some research on the subject.
Well at least he didn't ruin a real DSM. :ohdamn:
Seriously take everyone's advice and just sell it and buy a gst/gsx or daily drive your car as it is.
We are trying to help you. :beatentodeath::beatentodeath:
So mad I sold mine. Thought i was going to to have to move battery and redo uicp. I'd he makes some more I will try to jump on board. If/when he makes more please post back.
I just bought the exact same setup.
This is for a 93 awdYou can get the powerslot slotted rotors for way less. I bought mine from herePower Slot Rotors now StopTech Slotted Rotors - Videos & Reviews on StopTech Sportstop Premium Brake Rotors w/Vac-U-Slot Vents by PowerslotGot them with the...
Hey guys ive searched quite a bit and cant seem to find definitive answers. I would like to know from someone who has installed the Forrester cast manifold, did you have to redo your upper intercooler piping and did you have to relocate your battery? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Nice build man, keep up the good work. I see you havent decided on cams yet. If i may for your setup i would run the gsc s2 cams. They should be perfect for you. They make some quality stuff.
Also if you are using the stock fpr. You may be overruning it. I have a similar issue with my wally 255 being to much i believe. I am getting the kit from extreme psi just for good measure. Maybe something else to check out if this dosent solve your problem. Good luck.
Unfortunately, he has it right^^
I cant understand how dsm graveyard is still allowed to be a supporting vendor :/
Its a shame the injustices they do people.
Just checking, is your wideband calibrated/has been recently? Possibly check the o2 just to eliminate any issues with that. You had no such problem before the injector swap right?
Also having a issue with this, i live in south lousisiana and its about 90+ and 100% humidity lol. I have a fluidyne aluminum radiator with the one stock cooling fan. Im thinking the one fan insent enough, if i drive at lower speeds and idling . It will creep up to 3/4 on the temp gauge, i have...
I did not set base timing, someone else did, it was right, but i noticed that my cas wasent actually screwed on tight with the nuts(it had none) so i put some on it but i guess accidentally moved it.
Having a wierd idle and issue when giving it gas also. The car will idle real low like 400ish barely running. It should be idling at 1000, i recently replaced the tps and it was iding ok but something happened and it doesn't really make a difference when i adjust the biss or tps.i have no boost...
i have a lc1 but it is installed in the front o2 location for now. should i enable narrowband sim because of this?also i believe the maf code is because of the leak at the throttle body? The codes i cleared and they have not returned, yet.Edit: added IscPos
ok first super fail the knock sensor was not connected :banghead:made a new log with it plugged in and all values suggested shown.Edit: just realized this is not the correct place to post logs, perhaps a mod can move it to the right place. sorry :/
Got it solved, i hooked up the analog to the program it comes with and reset it, i was getting the heater errir. It then proceeded to do its thing and all is well, thanks for the help guys.
hi, im just wondering if someone could check out my log and tell me a little about whats going on. injectors are 880cc they are "dialed in". i do have a air leak at the throttle body. however i am wondering why it will not even idle, and i notice i am getting some knock if i rev up at idle. any...
Hey guys, so i dont want to sound dumb here but i am a little confused. Im trying to set up my lc1 to log into link v3, i want it to work as a wideband and not just a narrowband sim. It is going to be in the front o2 however i can put it on the downpipe, but i will need something to plug the...

Not that it is something to really worry about right now, but compression is a tad low.
Anyway, is it possible the clutch is slipping or you have a boost leak.
DO NOT buy a godspeed turbo, unless you want to rebuild your nice bottom end when the turbo explodes.Since your on e85 i would seriously consider a hx40. They are cheap and are very tough. Other options in t3 flange are gt35r, precision 6262, etc.
You are in pretty much the same situation as me, check out my recent thread, its has lots of good info.
And will probly help you decide.

Its a easy win anyway, lol. But seriously i couldnt live there either thats just bs. In Louisiana if the car is a 95 or older all that you need is lights and blinkers lol oh and a horn.
Does your car have a cat in it still?
I know this was a non turbo car but i have a 95 camaro that had a clogged catalytic converter and it had similar problems with no power removed cat and problem solved.
Lol i have, i decided to go with the hx-40 because of its durability and power will fit my goals, also thanks to everyone who commented legit answers. Finally i must say i am disappointed in the pissing contest this turned into. :nono:
What needs to be fixed on the car? It is more than likely cheaper to fix it the way it is than to go back to na. Also like posted if it was built around the turbo, which since its 420a it was, it may or may not necessarily be reversed. Or at least not easily/cheaply.
