420A Can't engage into 2nd, 4th or Reverse
the same thing happened in my car. If you look at the top of the tranny, you can shift the forks therefor you will have 1st 3rd and 5th so if i were you just look for a tranny. I got mine on craigslist for 100 and it came with a lot of extra parts. Hope everything works out for you!sorry ment...- yamahardr
