i would say jeep is a good way to go, very very very easy to work on, after an engine and 6 transmissions i should know, have a cherokee and a wrangler, top down doors off toss the windshield down on the wrangler, cherokee is good for camping

Just here to say that putting a manual in a car that was made for an automatic is as easy as unbolting the old out and bolting the new in, theres much more to it and usually easier to just get a different car that is a manual

if you are looking for horse power and as a daily driver, the gst starts out with more anyway and the non turbo will cost a little but from your pocket, (not saying it cant be done)

how about how to check most of these problems, for the water pump, unhook the hoose that goes to from the pump to the radiator and aim it in a bucket then turn the car on, if it does what the pump is supposed to then you may end up with wet feetHead gasket, check for oil spills all...

i honestly do not like huge spoilers, i like the one big stock one for eclipse that might be for the gsx because its just a big loop not like a 2x4 held on by hockey sticks

try making sure that the screw or whatever is set or that the window stays on the track, if one window wont go up sometimes that would be it but none idk, i used to have to pull my window back and then hit the switch then pull it again till it would go up, pita, why not go back to none power...

you may have more than one problem, for over heating make sure you check the cheap things like the thermastat and water pump and stuff, for power loss it could be a number of things, idk kind of guessing but maybe fuel pump, thats what happened to one of my cars

im looking at buying a 96 eclipse that had a 420a and they were going to swap it for a turbo but never put a turbo in it, im doing a little reseach in case they started a swap and changed the wire harness and put in a turbo trans, to see if im going to just replace the stock motor or finish the swap

is there a way to tell the difference in transmissions? and is there a name for all of them, and can you use a turbo transmission with a 420a motor?
