I replaced the wideband o2 and still car runs like a bag of dead rabbits. At idle the ngk afx is staying at 16 which is lean? But still smells like its running rich fuel pressure is.43 psi and still won't run with a shit.

Trace your head light wires and look for damage. Could have damaged one when installing the new motor by the sounds of it. Can't see them not shutting off just because of an engine swap.

fixed all boost/vacuum leaks. the problem ended up being that the throttle cable was way to loose and was closing the throttle body completely shut. runs mint now!
