do you need to change the engine harness when converting a n/t 4g63 to 4g63t? if so why?

does anyone know if there is a tool to flare the end of a pipe to a oval shape for building headers? if not im just gonna make one

hey guys just had a question for you i have a 4g63 n/t 6 bolt and im wanting to turbo it could i just upgrade pistons and rings, injectors, fuel pump, and get a gst ecu and it would run like its a stock gst with no tuning issues?
