By the way it's a braided stainless steel line from the master cylinder to the slave.
I have this in all my DD and really like them

My GSX has different brakes but for a daily driver they are perfect and cost a little more than the ebay ones.
I also have the two piece Baer eradispeed and I think are around 14 pounds each, vr4 calipers which are considerable lighter than evo brembos and I made my own bracket from aluminum instead of the heavy steel that came from rtm. I'm really satisfied and in my opinion was the best choice...
Maximum is right! I spoke with Paul last December and he has the rear lower control arms in stock all the time. Just waiting for my tax break and I'll be ordering both front and rear ctrl arms.
I've had the idea of replace those plastic bushings with ceramic ball bearings for a long time. Maybe that's something that you can look into. Look up Acer racing they primarily sell R/C ball bearings but they also make awesome stuff including titanium parts for porsches. http://www.acerracing.com/
Im sure they'll give your money back. I never had a problem returning stuff in any of the autopart stores. Just tell them that they aren't what you were looking for.
Im sure those are Duralast. Just get the Moog ones and be over with. You will notice the difference at first sight. Plus every time I used cheap brands the threads strip by just trying to install them. The moog part# is k80564.
Yes, remove transfer case, exhaust and driver side axle to get to oil pan. Since you're doing the wheel bearing also shouldn't be a problem. Definitely more than 2 hours job. Take a look at your seals and replace as necessary.
Yes drop the transfer case, remove the seal and install new one, I found that the best way to install seals without damage is using a roll of tape of whatever size fits the best, it's hard enough to drive the seal in and soft to not cause any damage. You might have to remove your exhaust or at...
Paul is right! I just did mine and its just 5 bolts and 2 seals to replace on the transfer. Since I was down there I also replaced axle seal and driveshaft yoke, not hard at all, good luck.
@luv2rallye Thanks bro! I'll take a look later to see what I can find.I see where the confusion was! My car has the purge solenoid next to the egr solenoid at the firewall on the same bracket, and the fuel solenoid its in a different bracket.Thank you for the clarification brother! Have a...
This is what I love about this website, people helping each other without getting or asking anything back . Bastarddsm and boost97gst hopefully I can meet you one day. You guys seem legit.
@luv2rallye Can you please elaborate?
I thought that the purge solenoid valve was on top of the firewall with all the vacuum lines on it. Did you mean by any chance the EGR valve? Or there is something that I'm missing?
Entire arm buddy! Sorry
The good news is that you can get the whole kit ( 2 front lca and knuckle) for around a $100 in your local dealer. A lot cheaper than any place online.
+1@Thermal GSX That's what I use in my cars including the reverse lights on my GSX and they look great. If you want to keep it looking like that use some kind of good quality clear coat as a last step.
Thanks guys! That was very interesting morning read. Hopefully it won't came to the point were we won't be able to find replacement parts for our cars.
I have a 3kvr4 fronts, RTM adapters and two piece Baer rotors. 3K calipers are around 5 pounds lighter than brembos and fit inside my 17 kosei.
Original RTM adapters were extremely heavy so I used then as a template for an aluminum ones which are a third of the weight. Will see how well they...
Look brother I work in a muffler/do it all shop and you have no idea what I've seen.
In your particular case if you want to do it the proper way ( I will ) just remove the front subframe and heat them up cherry red, than just grab them with some good vise grips and I can guarantee you that they...
Guys, any decent muffler shop can make anything you want. Cut, weld, reposition flanges, even an entire new downpipe to your exact specs and fitment. Also many shops will have the parts in stock to do it the same day for a fraction of the cost of a name brand.
I modify my crappy eBay o2 housing...
I've had crossed drilled/ slotted rotors in my last 6 vehicles including the gsx and never had a problem with them. Maybe that just me.
The only one that is not daily driven is the gsx.
Also never race or track the vehicles just daily drive.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as long as I know emission test it's performed on 96 and above vehicles and yours it's 95. Probably it's just different in Az.
