  3. Help with some issues

Camas NP just confused me a bit  So I did a BLT and wow...I think just about every coupler was leaking! Got my bottle of "see-a-leak" and started fixing all the leaks. Got all that done and it seems to be running much better but still doesn't seem the same as it was. maybe it's just...
  4. Help with some issues

Well it isn't me just "getting used" to the car. I know what it feels like when it is boosting correctly and even though my gauge is showing it boosting the motor is not seeing it. That is correct I did just install a MBC BUT the car ran just like it was supposed to afterwards. it was a few days...

Tht was my train of thought at first so I did a quick look and tried to see if any of the couplers I could easily get to we're loose at all. I am gonna make a BLT and see what I find. 11. First step of the dash repair is done (the easy part)

Ok not to hijack your thread but here is what I did to fix my dash problems which are very similar to yours. I took the offending piece off, cleaned underneath it the best I could. Then I liberally applied gorilla glue( the kind that foams up) the used painters tape to tape the crap out of it...
  12. Shaking!!

I myself had a wierd shake on my car. It was so bad I couldn't take it above 50mph. It was a distinct side to side shake, finally took it to the shop and when they dropped the left front drive axle it fell out in a bunch of pieces. Shop mngr said "that's it!" turns out he was correct and after...
  13. oil line help

bryanwheat I was pretty sure the ends were brazed on. That might be the cleanest route to go. I am not sure of the line size so I don't know if I can find any kind of compression fitting that will work or not. Thanks for the quick response man
  14. oil line help

Ok guys here is my issue. I have these two oil lines, they are exactly the same. Each line has a large banjo fitting on one end and a small banjo fitting on the other. 17. turbo water lines?

Ok so here is the story, got my wifes 1990 eagle talon all back together, ran great on the test drive except for a small drip of water coming from the rear turbo water line. What a pain because there is no way on earth I can get a wrench on that 17 mm flow bolt that secures the water line...

  20. Resolved 4G63 Valve cover bolts?

bryanwheat hey thanks for the info. So there is no issue just tapping the holes to 7mm? Will I need to drill the valvecover bolt holes bigger? I only have 2 that are stripped so I may go the heli-coil route ....6x1.0 heli-coil kit....Got it thanks for the help
  21. Resolved 4G63 Valve cover bolts?

Ok I used the search and couldn't find my answer. Any idea...
  22. Help with oxygen sensor

XiKeiyaZI Thanks for that answer...that is exactly where it is at. I had to cap it off a while ago because the line running to it cracked in half. I got some new line to rerun it and I will keep it right there then.
  23. Help with oxygen sensor

Most muffler shops around here don't have a TIG welder. I dropped it off at a custom shop this morning and he is gonna change the angle of the O2 bung so it will fit. It was either that or reuse the stock housing Thanks for the responses and suggestions...been a great help.A bit off topic...
  24. Help with oxygen sensor

I don't know, it came with the car a few years ago when I bought it. It was in the trunk along with a header too. since I put the car in the garage to update a few things I figured I would put them both on. Couldn't be that bad huh? Gotta flow better than stock no?

I need some help from the experts here... I need to see if I can locate a shorter O2 sensor than the stock one. It's just too long and my O2 bung is welded so if I try to screw it in it just isn't gonna fit. it has to much of a backwards angle on it. Anyone got any ideas? it's for a 1990 (my...
