    +1 on Jafromobile's channel, man has taught me more about my car than any other person. TPS stands for Throttle Position Sensor. Its located on the front a the throttle body to test it just grab a multi-meter and measure the resistance between pins 1 & 4 should read between 3500-6500 ohms.

    I would take the Venom Fuel pump and replace with a walbro 255 and a rewire, that will flow more than enough for 400 hp. Also no need for a new fuel rail, the stock rail with -6 AN fittings welded will be fine up to 600 hp.

    Just out of curiosity what would make it run rich, this was my first thought. If the ECU is only adding fuel according to what the air flow the MAF see's then it should stay at an even ratio no?

    I took the actuator off and confirmed it works, shaft that comes out of the hotside of the turbo and connects to the actuator arm slides in and out about 1/2 inch so that is the part that is messed up.

    Loosen the 4 bolts, use a 1/2" ratchet to keep the crank from spinning counter clockwise, once the 4 bolts are out just pull and it'll pop off. It should take not more than 10 minutes.

    You can if they are all there, however they are probably old and fatigued from being pushed in and pulled out. New ones will hold the trim on better and tighter. New is always better.
