I just bought the apexi fmic and I mounted the inter cooler where it is supposed to go and it is not centered:cry: I was wondering if anyone has this setup and had any problems installing it?:confused:

When I start my car it is almost impossible to put into 1st gear. And it Always grinds if I go straight to reverse w/ out going into 1st gear. I have a act2600 I adjusted the pedal and still no difference. Also my cars clutch is not as stiff as it used to be? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :thumb:
I do not have a boost controler, andpped my boost gauge in behind the blowoff valve's vacume hose and 15vac andhit 16 pounds at full throttle I was wondering why 16 pounds?:rolleyes:
The neon is not the greatest looking car, but it is not the ugliest either. I think the second gen dsm's look better, but under the hood neon takes it. I am happy w/ my car and I cant wait to race my friend's neon win or lose. Its all about having fun!
So I should set it @ the hardest setting possible? Is that the reason it idles weird? Because me and my friend have the same car he ahs a 98 I havea 99, but his car idles betterbetter then mine when he vents. He told me he had a friend set it for him.I will screw it to harder. Thanks

I have the same Thermal cat back system for my '99' Gs-T. Go with a apex i N1 down pipe, but they are going to have to cut 5" off you Thermal, but thats ok because the are going to cut off the end that hooks up to your cat which is smaller than 3". Your car will run golden trust me.

Go with a 3" Downpipe and cat back for maximum flow. I myself have a apex i downpipe with a Thermal catback. It looks nice Thermal comes out at an angle with a straight tip.
