Safe yes, but consitant and powerful not really, it is no wives tale about overunning the stock regulator with 255lph. I had problems for months untill I installed an aeromotive. It will be close to pointless to attempt to learn proper tuning on your setup currently.

Stock regulator and 650cc injectors are an oxymoron. I don't understand why your IDC would be so high see that you are probably overrunning your regulator causing it to run to rich leading your fuel trims to be too low. Anything is possible with a DSM.

255lph and a stock FPR is a bed setup as you probably know so this couldn't be in your favor at all about the idling problem. Replace your MAS with a properly working 1g MAS to make sure it is not the problem. Other then that work on getting a decent FPR.

CAM 2 is leaded OMG i believe which helps reduce knock. Try it log it see how it goes i wouldn't spike the boost up too high right away.

your second log did not log knock but if its anything like the first you are in the right direction. Re log with the knock present and definitely fix boost leaks, your timing seems to be awfully high at around5500-6500 what fuel are you running?
