No need a 95 eprom, they can convert a 97 non eprom to eprom.I use ecmlink and i like it, friendly user + good support on ecmlink forum. That was the fisrt mod i did to my stock 2G when i purchased it.I never tried evoscan, but it look more difficult to use.But for a cheaper budget...

I just installed a custom 3" mendrell bent turboback with open dump + cat highflow, i really like it. It make a huge difference from the stock exaust :DThe sound on cruise is deeper but not that loud, but at wot: OMG!

I think my T28 would'nt pass this emission test with my external O2 dump :D

Crappy CA smog test... FP T28 is a good sleeper turbo, but the 14b is cheaper.

I got a flange for 1G b.o.v. to fit directly on stock 2G upper piping. I no longer use it, but it was a good fit.Btw, let me know if you want it, i can sell it for a cheap price.

I use the cig ligther 12v and it work fine.

I ran my T25 at 15 lbs without any issues, stock engine, stock fuel system and stock smic.

Does it have the adjustable actuator ?

Steering boot is the best place.

I actually run my FP T28 at 18 psi with stock fuel pump, stock 450cc injectors, PR FMIC and 1G Bov, the injduty is + or - 98% on WOT on ecmlink V3 and my wb at 10.2:1. So i figure you can raise to boost to 15 psi safely with your ic piping fixed.I will swap my stock fuel pump this week end...

I did same with my aem uego wideband and it works fine. You can hook the 0-5v wire to the ecu at same time if you are using ecmlink :thumb:

Test pin #1 and #7 of your obd port. Wiring from obd2 port to your ecu can be defect.

I never tried other than dsmlink. It's friendly user, good support on their forum. Expensive, yes, but it worth it.

You can also buy another 99 ecu, but its time to think about buying dsmlink v3.

Mine spool fast, around 2800 rpm too. Double check your piping...
