Considering your built I'm assuming your on some type of tuning system right? Few people i know that are not as built as you are have already maxed out their 880s, and switched when they got tuned on e85, i would recommend upgrading soon for those big numbers =P
Ya sorry had a brain fart with ecu, I just tried removing the rod connection for flapper and the car built boost slower but had no real power, I removed wastegate vacuum line and put new one and nothingany new input? i redid everything multiple times nothing else could have been over looked...
Ill try that, im sure the wastgate is fine I have 3 spares and have tried all of them, but im willing to try anything at this point, could problem be like ecu? I also replaced boost solinoid just to see and nothing

would putting on the stock piping that has a high flow cat help? i dont have a 2.5-3" but the stock piping should give me that needed back pressure without porting the flapper right? atleast as a temporary fix? i dont want to blow the turbo boosting 20+ psi =)
what about the fact that while on the 14b with the same 3" it ran fine for a long time then started doing this and untill recently the problem occured just randomly =o

No, lines should all be good, I mean I ran the wastegate line straight to jpipe an still nothing, even if the bcs is hooked up just like factory it still isnt even giving out factory levels rather 20+ psi an like 4-5k then starts cutting out bad (fuel.cut)
