Found the issue. When the harness was out and I was fixing wires that were hacked by old owner, I accidentally mixed up the cam and crank signal wires to the ECU by mistake. Repinned connector and it's good now. CAS sensor fixed the no injector pulse also.

Swapped over ofh housing back to mighty max housing, ported and small spring, shortened up return line and got a feed line from the head, also re indexed turbo so oil feed and drain are about vertical. Doesn't seem to smoke now.
