I ended up with this turbo. its a pte 6376. I call pte and they told me that it is a garret turbo. do you know where I can get a rebuild kit and wheel from. pte told me they don't sell parts.
bring it to a body shop and have them pull it. or bust out the comealong and tree. it dosent look like it got into the crush areas. use a buddys car or another to measure and straighten urs out. ive straightened wors in my shop wit a comealong and porta power
had the same problem. removed 1 shim readjusted my pedal. dont have a problem now. if you put another shim in then it will bring the fork closer to the flywheel

I had my clutch fork hitting my pressure plate. Took out a shim and then it was fine. Just remove the rubber cover and see if it hits the highest point on the pressure plate

i ran a stock 6 bolt nt i pulled out of a junk yard at 19-20 psi on my 16g for about 6 months. ended up spinning main bearings. i do have bigger injectors and link tho.
sounds like a hg. do a compression test or cylinder leak down. when i blew a hg i did a boost leak test and it was blowing bubbles into the cooling system.
if its wet replace it. reblead it and let us know how it goes from there. when i had air in mine it would only come up 3/4 way. blead it and now it comes all the way up
not realy i ghetto rigged mine. i had a header so mine wouldnt line up so i cut the flex section put a rubber hose over and put hose clamps on and it dosent leak. and i converted a nt 4g63 nt oil pan into a turbo pan welded nuts on the inside.
Yes the fuel shold squirt out of the filter a ways check the line that goes to the filter for pressure there if it projects fuel a ways the n you filter is clogged if its barely flowig out then i would check the pump it self
could if its clogged badenough. id take the line off the bottom of the fuel filter and check pressure there. if its still comming out slow id look at the screen on the bottom of the fuel pump.and for the fuel pump runs only after it is cranked.
have you adjusted the rod from your pedal to master cylinder. and i think the fork should be a little to the engine side. there are some videos on youtube to adjust the clutch

There is no leaks from my engine or coolant on my firewall. It is leaking under the car first exhaust hanger behind the fire wall.

Was driving 93 5 speed awd and came to a stop. now it wont come out of 5th gear. If i can get it out of gear a little and let out the clutch it grinds. It wont go into anyother gear.:banghead:any help please
you might want to check your crank with a micrometer because ware on a crank can change clearances so you might have to get your crank cut and go with the .010 over to get proper clearances. Too much ware can cause premature failure of the bearings. see it with back yard mechanics not measuring...
well you are only suposto draw up to 75 milli amps. mabey follow the big wire to the starter see if you have a short in that wire and check your power wire before the fuse check for rub marks and bare wires. you might have a short before the fuses?
they will be able to tell you if it is bad. also if you dont drive it much all your electronis will drain your battery. if i dont drive my 05 impala for 3 days i have a dead battery. way too many electronics in it.
