I'm planning on ordering rpf1 17x9 or wider if possible.
I'm on a stock height 97Gst.
What modications if any would be necessary?
Also what offset would you recommend and tire size?
I plan on dropping her 1.5 in the future.
If the car has been 6 bolt swapped; the counterweight could be rubbing against the 1g lower radiator hose preventing/popping outta your bottom gears, mainly 4th gear.
If the car has been 6 bolt swapped, make sure you have the correct 1g radiator hose installed.
If the counterweight is the issue...
Filling out your profile is a good thing to do.
Have you done a boost leak test?
When I did a 6 bolt 2g swap I used ECMLink to uncheck cylinder misfire.
Your biss screw is used to set your iac. What's nice about ECMLink is that you can view your iscposition and use your biss screw to get it too...
In the log you posted your RawLinWB says "V", and your LinWideband says "1"
I did notice that your combined fuel trim stays at zero throughout the log.
I'm no expert on Link btw.Someone who has viewed his log please chime in, and correct me if I'm wrong.
In his pin assignments does it say...
Your wideband isn't calibrated correctly. In your pin assignments you have it listed as aemgaugeR1 and on your displayed values it's listed as LinWideband. I'd get that gauge reading correctly. Pull your spark plugs lets have a look at them.
Why isn't the TPS adjust no longer needed?
Is the check engine light still on?
I don't believe the ecu would pull timing over a power steering issue.
I do know that ground connector on the PS pump helps with your idle.
Oh BTW don't let any of that hydraulic fluid leak on the alternator.
How long have you had link?
Have you done a TPS adjust? Where you give it a full throttle swing? I see your offset is 11% but you didn't click it.
Also I see you have AEM WB in the rear yet it's not being captured in your log along with your RawLinWB.
Will the bolts thread in without the valve cover on? If so than you don't have a serious issue. Just barely thread each bolt in evenly, and make sure to use a nut driver.
Do a proper boost leak test.
How to do a boost leak test - YouTube
You might just need a new knock sensor. I just snugged it tight like I would snug the oil drain plug tight.
Do a proper boost leak test.
This might help. DSM ISC motor testing & Replacement - YouTube
I decided to get a new s90 74mm throttle body because of how bad the shaft seals were leaking. Anyone know what if any lube you should use for the isc/fiav gasket?
Just do a proper boost leak test. That is probably from your spark plug issue with dropping those champion ceramics in your motor.
Anyways check you ISC.
If your getting knock like that check and see if there is a knock sensor installed or install a new knock sensor.
If you have ECM Link v3 your good to go and I don't believe you will need that old datalogger.
I assume you don't have a Wideband setup?
Learn all there is about link. ECMTuning...
Trace the connector back to where it comes out the harness better pics please.
Are you on a 1g CAS with a 7 bolt head? Is the harness plugged in?
If its not your cruise control what else looks unplugged? Maybe a fan or your front o2?
Boost leak test? How many pounds it hold?
Post some pics of your engine bay.
My first thought of sudden loss of power is alternator.
Battery terminals nice and snug, with your engine grounds?
If you have link you could post a log. v3configs [ECMTuning - wiki]
The car won't need to be re-tuned.
What else was done to the car? Perform a boost leak test.
This link should help with the timing belt job...
Is the car due for emissions? If so I don't believe an abs light has anything to do with emissions.
Check the wires on your wheel speed sensors, that could be causing the abs light to come on.
When you did the boost leak test how much PSI did it hold?
It sounds like cylinder misfire. I would throughly look over the ignition system. Confirm no boost leaks, if problem still continue's maybe a bad injector.
I did notice your PCV system is wrong. Your bringing that bad air directly back...
Are these the shaft seals you used? EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts
How are you certain that it's not leaking else where?
Doesn't look like it's flush and your using the wrong screws.
You should have just did a 1minute idle log.
Turn the boost down to 12lbs until you understand the basics of ECMLink. ECMTuning, Inc.
Where's the wideband located? You have Rear o2 locked in link.
The idea in tuning is 98% is mechanical the other 2% is getting you WB gauge to read as one with...
You really need to spend time on links site there demos are very helpful. :thumb:ECMTuning, Inc.
Your global and deadtime are way off. In the fuel tab you'll see a button that says calculate. click at put your injector size; should be Deadtime=330 Global= -57.4. That's just a base you'll have...
I would buy an OEM slave cylinder. Slave Cylinder for the ClutchI don't think you wanted to use an extended slave rod. read this:Slave Cylinder for the Clutch
I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse Gst I 'm on a 1g CAS. On this link it states about COP Systems swapplugwires [ECMTuning - wiki]

What do you know about M&W Pro 12 CDI??I have trigger (A) trigger (B) Tacho, and Ignition switch coming out this Pro 12 cdi plug.
I'm under the impression that I wire Trigger A to PT pin#2 input for cyclinder (2,3)?

You could test the Power Transistor- http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-electrical-wiring/229419-how-test-power-transistors.html
Check spark plugs/wires and what are your plugs gapped at?
Is cyclinder misfire checked in link?
Have you checked the resistance in the coils?
Post an idle log.
Looks like they have vehicle emision testing in Connecticut.
If you plan on passing emissions while doing performance upgrades ECM Link V3 is a necessity.
