pulled the transmission and its fine so decided to check the motor took the timing cover off and fml it jumped time junk motor after 2000 miles:banghead:
its been a while since i have posted but car runs now figured out why it acted like it wasnt getting fuel lmao after the video of its "startup" we threw my old 450s back in and it fired right up hopefully heading to the shoot out after some quick fixes it melted the water line from the turbo...
i got everything installed but am having problems it wont stay running its aggravating and if anyone can help id appreciate it but ill be tring little things and fix boost leaks and see if i can get it figured out.
As a fellow broke 19 year old i love your car which is saying something since i hate tan soft tops and i think that the people on here took your title too seriously i mean guys hes doin the best he can i make more than he does but you dont see me going and blowing all my money to build something...

This is all that is correct i tinted my headlights because i bought new ones and wanted to try it and all the wet sanding in the world coldent get the peeling outer coat to go away dont do it.:D
Thank you for having faith in me but i have a mac and its a real old crappy one that i doubt they would make compatible with it and hes only charging 60 bucks so i dont mind hes a local dsmer. :thumb:
Ok big update im sending the ol black box ecu out to a fellow dsmer and hes gonna tune it for me and give me 2 step and antilag control as well finally the tuning question has been answered! :D
Ok i just got mine out and the 14mm didnt move the 19 broke loose and i just took the hose off and the line on the pump was welded to it also mine doesnt have the threaded ring in the video its a bunch of 8mm nuts hope it helps.

got my new injectors in took 5 minutes tried to get the fuel pump out forgot my wrenches at my house (15 miles away from my house) changed the wheel caps on the gst wheels doing stupid little things like replacing clamps hoses ect...
ive been looking at safc and dsmlink and honestly dsmlink looks easier all around to install and use but might hafta try and run it without a tune for a few weeks.:sosad:

So little update got the transmission back together and it had no reverse turns out i spilled more fluid draining it then i thought got another quart put it in and my reverse came back:thumb:After this victory i decided some on my new parts should go on i got hard IC piping for stock pipes...
That sounds like mine did when i had no vacccume line on the intake after a rebuild i reattached every thing put slightly thicker oil in and it went away:thumb:
Ok im saying this and its probly gonna sound stupid but is there a spacer on your slave cylinder? I guess when i switched transmissions in my buddys 1990 talon we forgot to put it back in and were at a loss for longer than id like to mentionLOL.

Little update i got my shift kit installed and it wasnt actually hard just annoying working with little pieces i wish IPT would paint the colored springs in a way the paint wouldent rub off during shipping LOL but other than that I followed the videos and it turned out great replacing solenoids...
My bet is a tiny hole somewhere in the hydraulic system i had a fiero that did the same thing turned out to be a pin hole in the brake master cylinder rubber gromet. :thumb:
If the car is stuck in limp mode dont assume it needs rebuilt that may not fix it my car is currently in limp mode right now i bought another tcu and overlooked all my sensors and found it to be the shift selenoids so 250$ fix not cheap but not a whole tranny. :thumb:

Alittle update as some may know im tearing out my transmission because limp mode problems ect well i started getting into it and found this plug was pulled out of the bell housing i dont know what it is yet im going to look it up but im thinking this did it any way in the one picture is my motor...

thank you but from what i read all i need is a 190 fuel pump i could be wrong i have no idea what im going to tune with yet but my ecu is flashable and my tcu is an eprom so thats a good thing i guess lol and my balance shafts were already deleted i used SIMs kit boy does the front end shake :thumb:
