Today i took a few hour after work to make everyting that has to do with the steering done.cut down the welded-on steeringaxle so that nothing rubs, it has a small tendency to rub the UNIBALL onto the welded arm.

Testfitting the knuckles:Stock EVO streeringaxle still inplace with outer part of an steeringaxle from an Volvo 740 (m14x5) in placehere you see how much i need to cut the outer part & then machine an "extenderbolt" that fits between these to steeringaxles.
Finally got my specially ordered steeringkit, which will be welded onto the knuckles. O this will give me free/adjustable steeringangle between 30-62degrees.here is how it will be welded to the knuckle, will just adjust the lenght first.Heres a picture of a Volvo steering-kit he makes...
