My Recently gave out on me, so i was poking around on ebay and i was considering getting a testpipe. I heard Test pipes make a difference in performance but sound "Rice" is this true? Should i even bother or should i just run another catMy cat gave out on me* sorry

For the moment i'm using the stock steering wheel on my 2g. I'm Debating if I should buy an aftermarket wheel. I love the way the aftermarket wheels look but i like how my stock wheel has an air bag. im undecided if i should just save my money for another part. :confused:
