okay heres my problem posted it before but it disappeared...i fixed the tail light problem and turnsignal ended up being a relay and a fuse.... but i drove it around the block and i hit boost(spuddering and couldnt go past 4,000 rpms) and all the lights on the dash shut off rpms droped...
