OK come to find out its some kinda timing problem but i cant figure it out i unhook all my injector and spayed starting fluid in it and its backfiring through the intake but the engine is 100% timed right can a bad CAS cause this?
Needs some help guys No start issue I have fuel and spark my timing is right cas set right but the car floods out instantly. what I've tried is new ecu new coolant temp sensor rewired cas and coolant temp wires and put new spark plugs still no start. any help would be appreciated!:confused:
dw40 the crap out of the bolts start the engine and let it heat up to running temp spray more wd40 on them let the engine cool down and spry more lol but if you broke all the bolts off your going to need to pull the turbo off get the bolts out or at least i did on mine it just seem easier to me...
Sounds like rings I would do a compression test and a leak down test on it. if the turbo is blown you will see oil in the fmic piping or throttle body and the compression side of the turbo check those thing get back to us.
No the engine doesn't need to be pull out the cover is a pain to pull off but it will come off it will be pulled out from the bottom of the engine(BS mean the bull shit hole lol) hole (has a bolt in it) is on the back side of the engine kinda by the oil pump i say its 3'' above the oil pan...

Oh it's running again I rebuild the engine.I'm using cosmetic head again but I'm pretty much using the same setup where talking on this post but im going to switch over to e85 this winter. What would be a good injetor size for e85?

I second that ^^ I bought that compressor to they are junk its never quit but like he said it takes for ever to recover on air and mine trips out if you use it to much.

I think i know your problem on this one there is 2 clips on your shifting cables that hold them in place on the tranny they are kinda a pain to get to there will be a bracket that the cable are attached to the clips will be behind it if the there lol.

Yeah you need to go with a 16g your not even in the efficiency range with the 20g they like higher boost. you will get a faster spool up with a 16g and a 16g can run 20 psi pretty easy and efficient.
