The car is just hard to start after it leans out and stalls and I'm confused on what the noise from the motor could be. And if they could be related.

Mine jumps between 14-15 at idle and even hits 16 sometimesIt sounds like there's cams while its warming up and then once its warmed up but once you drive it, the car idles like normal and is lean sometimes. And like I said stalls if the rpms are too high when you push the clutch in.

It stays around 850-900, doesn't move muchI don't know if it needs to be retuned or what, it also stalls when you push the clutch in and the rpms are too high, they both started at the same time, I'm not sure if it's a tuning issuse or not.

Hey guys I have crower 272/272 cams on my car and it used to sound like it had cams, like the usual brap brap brap brapbrapbrap brap brap sound, but now it doesn't sound like it used to it just sounds like a normal car, any ideas on what would cause that to happen? Are you recalculating your bov? I'd check for leaks again, is it running rich?

Yeah around 14 is good, my idle was around 16, 17 and I had an exhaust leak at my manifold, fixed it and it help the lean problem

go with the 20g!:thumb:, if you want something reliable i wouldnt recommend anything pte either!:nono:

go with the 1000 if you plan on going bigger turbo in the future, if you get smaller ones and decide to go bigger turbo you'll regret it!

Change the plugs they might have fouled out, you said you seen #4 broken, it sounds like detonation to me, I wouldn't keep driving like that.

Recirculate, boost leak test, and check to see if your plugs fouled out.

did you check the spark plugs to see if they fouled out?

thermal r&d sounds really good, thats what i have now. i used to have the apexi n1 didnt sound too bad either. i prefer the thermal tho.
